Jesus restores me.
Lent is sometimes a season when we deny the body with fasting or some other discipline. This year we will renew our bodies with the discipline of the Sabbath. The Sabbath was given for rest, for restoration. Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath, and we are spending Lent learning how Jesus restores us, body and spirit.
