One church can’t be all things to all people and do those things well. That is why Heartwood Church has developed community partnerships, where a person can go, in addition to being part of this local church, to find a place to serve and strengthen others and find life and strength for one’s self.

Eternal Life Hmong Baptist Church (Eternal Life) started at the Hmong Baptist National Association office in April, 2013 with three families. As Eternal Life gathered more families to join, Eternal Life outgrew the small office and moved to worship at Oakdale Wesleyan Church (now Heartwood Church) building. Eternal Life had its first worship service at the facility on May 4, 2014. Eternal Life called out to Pastor Chucklu Vang to lead the congregation. From there on, they consistently have more families to join them on their walk with Christ.

Transform Minnesota is a network of churches. We provide a space for pastors and Christian leaders to wrestle through complex issues from a Biblical perspective. We want the church to be relevant. Which means Christians need to engage in dialogue about society’s critical issues. We do this through conferences, forums, and trainings. We’re a unique organization because we bring together a variety of denominations, ethnicities, and perspectives.
